What should I do if I submitted the wrong resume?
I realized after applying that I uploaded an older version of my resume and the portal won't let me replace it. The application is still pending. Should I email recruiting with the updated version, or does correcting it create a bigger problem?

When did you submit?If it was just a day or two ago, you can quickly reach out to the recruiter/HR as well as your referrer to change it.If it has been a week plus then that's not ideal (you can still reach out though)It depends on how big of a difference there is between the two resumes…
