How should I write consulting project bullets on my resume?
For consulting experience on a resume, should I describe the overall project or include more detail on what I personally did in my workstream? For example, if the project was about revenue growth but my analysis produced an important result, should that analysis be in the bullet or saved for the interview?

Hmmmm. Neither.
You need to have a clear, concise sentence that articulates your role/responsibilities/actions and the value add. To give you an idea, one example from my killer resume template is:“Optimized, streamlined, and enhanced processes for reporting of student job search status to the Dean of Students by leveraging Macros and excel techniques; reduced weekly reporting time from 3 hours to 10 minutes”
