How do I show resume impact when I don't have hard numbers?
I'm struggling to quantify the impact of my work on my resume. In strategy roles, we often make recommendations but aren't around for implementation, so I don't always have a clean number showing that sales or conversion increased by X%. Is it okay to show impact without hard metrics, and how would you do it?
