Can a referral help after I have already been rejected at the CV screen?
I received an automatic CV-screen rejection from Kearney, and only afterwards found someone willing to refer me and pass on my resume. Is it still worth using that referral, or is the decision effectively finished?

First, no one knows the true odds.
Second, you have it, use it, and focus on other firms/applications and case interview prep.
Your odds are higher than 0. You have done well so good job! But, given this is after you applied, it's unlikely they change their mind.
