What is the right order for an interviewer-led case?
For interviewer-led cases, after I get the initial prompt should I ask clarifying questions first, then build a framework, or wait for the interviewer to start asking questions? I'm not sure how much I'm still supposed to drive.

In general:
First: Ask Clarifying Questions
Second: Ask for some time to prepare your framework
Third: Always "drive", even with interviewer-led. They'll tell you where to go, or have info for you, but you still need to aim to drive forward AND feel like you understand where the case is going.
