What are the biggest reasons not to join MBB?
I've spent a few years in tech startups and now have an MBB offer. We talk a lot about why consulting is attractive, but what are the biggest reasons a successful person might not enjoy MBB or might leave quickly? Did you have any regrets about spending those years in consulting?

How do you decide?
If you're happy today. Happy in the tech startup space. Don't leave.
If you're unhappy, unsatisfied in tech, consider leaving (but make sure MBB is the right thing to leave into!)
