Case Interviews
How do I keep improving my structuring skills after joining consulting?
I spent months practicing structuring for case interviews, but now that I've started working in consulting I don't feel like I'm consciously building MECE frameworks every day. How can I keep developing that skill on the job instead of letting it fade?

It's normal to feel like you're not progressing on the job - trust me, you are!
A few tips:
Reflect on your day-to-day (especially slide making). Realize most of that is frameworking
Look at team members' work to see how they framework
Listen + learn when the partners/project leads talk to the team + client
Read through materials for other case projects (through the online portal)
Aim to get on some BD (proposal) and/or DD (due-diligence) work. Both are frameworking crash courses
Read BCG/McK Insights daily
Hire a coach to train you in this
Good luck!
