Refund Policy

At Custom Case Coach, we aim to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. We put great care into our digital products and services.

1. Coaching (Risk-Free Guarantee)

Try Custom Case Coach risk-free.

If you don’t feel the coaching has delivered on its promise, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Conditions:

  • Request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date

  • Applies only to first-time coaching purchases

  • All unused sessions will be fully refunded

  • Any completed sessions will be deducted at the standard per-session rate

Refund requests must be submitted via email (see below).

2. Courses (Digital Products)

All course sales are final.

However, refunds will be granted under the following condition:

  • Accidental purchase: If you purchased the course by mistake and contact us within 24 hours, you are eligible for a full refund

No refunds will be issued beyond this window.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@customcasecoach.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the request

We aim to respond within 3 business days.
