What makes a good 'Tell me about a time you failed' story?
I'm struggling to choose a good example for the question 'Tell me about a time you failed at work.' One example I considered involved overlooking part of the company culture on a project, but I'm not sure whether the failure is too big or too vague. What kind of failure works best?

Be careful. You say “major” failure. That's not what we want!We want a “smallish” failure than you also then resolved (or at least it didn't cause too many problems).It could be that you mis-estimated scope/delivery time, or forgot to do x, or something similar. Again, ultimately, you want to make sure you resolved the failure.
