Do experienced hires need an MBA to join MBB?

I have about nine years of industry experience and I'm looking at associate/consultant roles at MBB. Is an MBA basically required at that level, or can someone come in directly as an experienced hire without one?

Not in the slightest! You can absolutely get in as an experienced hire.
