Deloitte Senior Consultant or McKinsey Associate?

I'm choosing between Deloitte as a Senior Consultant and McKinsey as an Associate. The salary is roughly the same, and I'm coming in as an experienced hire with around four years of industry experience. Which role would you choose?

McKinsey. Brand trumps all else. (I'm assuming you're prioritizing career/professional success and advancement, not culture, work-life balance, etc.)
