Can a consulting interview have no behavioral questions at all?

I completed several Bain interviews and was surprised that none of them included behavioral questions. Is that unusual, and should candidates still prepare fit thoroughly even if the interview format sometimes skips it?

This is why I always emphasize/train my candidates in the attitude of “expect anything”.The natural instinct is to try to predict what will happen and prepare for that; but we truly never know!I would say this certainly isn't normal, but I'm also equally not surprised! Hope you were ready for it :)
